Order your Eldreth Pottery

1.  Shop through a Consultant: If you are interested in receiving Host/Hostess Benefits and viewing the additional features and designs only offered by Eldreth Pottery Consultants, please e-mail the Eldreth Pottery Home office at EldrethHomeOffice@comcast.net and we will put you in contact with a Consultant within two business days.  Or you may call our office (888)811-4313 and ask to speak with Diana Eldreth regarding finding a Consultant in your area.

2. Shop Online: We offer a number of pieces available for purchase online.  They are listed below.  Click on the underlined text to view these items. 

     a.  Browse through our Limited Availability Items.  We offer a selection of in stock pieces that are available for purchase until they are sold out.  These pieces are only available as shown and will ship out within 1 week of purchase depending on the Season.

      b.   Browse through our Catalog Pieces.  We offer a number of in stock catalog pieces available for purchase.  These pieces will generally ship within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase depending on the Season.  Personalized pieces (contain names and dates) are only available as shown and will ship within 4-6 weeks of purchase.

     c.  Customize a Catalog Piece.  If you don't see a catalog piece with the design you like, you may choose from a variety of designs shown on our redware and salt-glazed stoneware design sheets (below).  Please note that redware designs are only available on redware pieces and salt-glazed stoneware designs are only available on stoneware pieces.  The artist will use her discretion when painting each piece. Typically, designs that are shown as a repeating design on the design sheet will be repeated.  Because these pieces are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

3. Phone Order: If you have additional questions or you do not wish to place an online order or work with a Consultant, please call toll-free (888) 811-4313.  We would be more than happy to help!

Shipping Information.  If you place an order for both in stock items (e.g., Catalog and Limited Availability pieces) and custom items (e.g, personalized pieces and customized pieces) we will ship the order when the custom items are complete.  This means your order may take 4-6 weeks to ship.  We do not ship partial shipments in an effort to keep our shipping costs down.

Catalog and Limited Availability items in stock usually ship within the week depending on the season.

Customizable pottery pieces are produced to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
